Cold Calls

I’m getting more and more comfortable performing cold calls. Honestly, it’s best to have the the understanding that most people will reject you and that’s not failure. Getting over the psychological fear of rejection and understanding that if you don’t make the calls necessary to achieve your goal you will regret not taking action.

Now, I’m in a position to reach out to some potential officers for my company. Since it’s the first time that I’m going ahead and making these calls I feel the psychological weight on my shoulders. I know that if I don’t make these calls I will fail.

Focus on the goal. Focus on the process. Use your script but don’t read your script. An organic conversation is best.
